Days #64, #65, #68, and #69

Well, if you couldn’t tell, I have fallen off the wagon of not posting. This is not by intent, rather that I have been so busy, I am usually rushing out the door or am far too exhausted to post. Maybe one of those days I just forgot, but I don’t remember ^,^

Mr Forgetful

Anyways, Every day I have listed here has been a day I managed to do my workout! For those of you who know the system (T25 Workout Schedule), it may look weird, but I had to adjust my training times and off days; this was out of no choice. Work takes a priority, but it also places me into a form of negotiations with myself. I have to barter, which days will be best to squeeze in my routine.

In the end, I prevailed by still hitting 5-days every week, and I have even improved my eating habits along the way. Personally, I have seen small changes in my boy, which are better than fast ones. I have done the rapid fat loss in the past, it usually doesn’t work too well. However, when I was fighting, it stayed off for almost two-years even though it was a rapid loss of over 100lbs.

Today, I finished out T25 Dynamic Core, and it was with a tremendous sense of pride! I continually up the ante for myself; I keep pushing my limits further! I am discovering I still have that fighter spirit inside of me and it will drive me beyond my limits, showing me what I am really capable of!
