Days #58, #59, #60, #62 and #63… Sheesh!

Well, to say I have been busy all week would be a horrible understatement! I have had little free time to do much else, other than work and workout! But, I always managed to get my workout in on all of these days! Woot!

Anchor Celebrate

I was doing morning workouts for Days #58 and #59. Later, I switched to evening for #60, #62, and #63. I took #61 off as a rest day, because I needed some serious sleep! It is nice working out in the evening, but it leaves me wired for a few hours, which cuts into my sleep time. Regardless, it is completely worth it!

I Love It!

Especially since now, I have dumbbells! I just completed my two-a-day workout, T25 Speed 2.0 and Upper Body Focus. It was nice being able to add resistance to my exercise, as before I was only going through the motions while focusing on flexing. It helps, but it’s not the best substitute for good old fashioned steel!
