Day #35 was Leg-tastic!

The Lower Body Lean Out was brutal, as well it should be ^,^ Today, I was able to test my mettle versus the extended sabbaticals I have been taking. Going from six days a week, down to four is quite a dramatic shift; and the body notices!

Heck, from yesterday, my hamstrings have been reading me the riot act ever since I finished workout! But, that was in part to my commitment to pushing beyond my limits during the core routine. Today brought on the Strength and Stretch afterwards, and it was fantastic! I feel wonderful and ready to enjoy the rest of my day!

I do think, though, that I will be hitting a third day, tomorrow. I really would like to get in an MMA routine before my flight.
