Day #30… Plus Day #25 & #27

Well, it has been an incredibly busy past few days… So much so, that I have had little time to get my posts online, and I even missed a workout. *GASP*

Gasp Home Alone

Well, I cannot make any excuses, but I do have a valid reason – two, actually – I was finishing up my move to my new place (which I am all settled in, now), and the new school module just began. But, I have settled into it all and will be back on track! I am not going into too much detail about what I did, rather this post is all about staying accountable

Did some T25 Total Body, some T25 Ab Intervals, and even hit the gym for Chest and Back! What has also helped, last night my mattress was delivered and I finally got some well deserved rest. Sleeping on a futon, with my size, just doesn’t cut it. Ah well, back to classes… time to go teach!

  1. Keep plugging away and working hard! Goodness knows, some days I feel like I’m going to spontaneously combust, but somehow I manage to keep getting up out of bed.
