Day #20 and #21 – The Weekend Shuffle

Well, I really did a number on myself for this upcoming week. I had to spend these past few days moving to a new home and it meant sacrificing my exercise time… Sort of.

As many of you know, I am not one to skimp out on exercise, as the way it makes me feel and what it does for my attitude, it can’t be beat. So, I have, instead, made the difficult choice of bumping my Wednesday/Thursday workouts to Friday/Saturday this past week. This probably doesn’t seem too bad, since I had two days off. Right?

Wait What

Well, by moving those two days, I have prepped myself for a 7 day haul this week! Although, I may break it up by splitting one of the days and taking the second day off after my weekly two-a-day this coming weekend. So, if you managed to follow along with what I just said, you may understand that TODAY was my weekly two-a-day which is supposed to be followed by a couple days of rest. Not this week, though. Instead… I will be knuckling up and hitting my first day of a full week of workouts tomorrow.
