Day #17 Wobbly Legs and Not Out of Breath

I was trying to think of something more creative for the title of this post, but… there you have it. Spelled out in all its plain, indignant glory. Why indignant, you may ask. Well, it is unfair to have exerted an insane amount of energy, so much that my legs feel like sticks of jello, and I was not really out of breath!

Jello legs

Today was T25 Lower Focus which incorporates a plethora of maneuvers that isolate the legs (quads, calves, hamstrings, tibialis anterior, glutes… even the lower lumbar). Some of the moves require rapid, successive movement; however, not all of them are rapid. Some of them are slow and methodical, and torturous, and painful, and sadistic by its very nature! Nonetheless, they are all completely worth it!

Post Leg Day

It was officially LEG DAY!

Please, take a moment and leave a comment on my blog whenever you see these posts. It shows me that many of you are still watching, giving me support. Something that is non-present when I exercise, since I workout alone ^,^
