Day #27 made me feel Strong!
Strong minded AND Strong willed! Why do I say that? Because, most of today I had spent trying to convince myself to skip workout!
ME? SKIP WORKOUT??? What, What, WHAT!!!
I know, not my style… But, the great news is, I told myself that it wasn’t me to do such a thing! So, I relaxed for a short bit, after having Mexican food with a friend of mine. Moved some things around in my storage unit. Sat online at the gym until my stomach settled. Hit a pre-workout drink and waited 20 more minutes… Then… BOOM!
Killer Cardio, MMA Style!!! 60 minutes of non-stop punching, kicking, elbowing, push-ups, crunches… Welcome to the Hurt Locker!!! Like I said, yesterday: Workouts always put me in a great mood!
