Days #30 and #31: Pump and Combat

Well, since things are getting down to the wire for my departure, it has become increasingly difficult for me to stay consistent with my workout routine. So, I have compromised where I workout for at least 2 days straight, then take off a day or two. The days off are for me to get things ready for my departure.

The days ON are to keep me in shape ^,^

So, today I incorporated weights with my MMA training. 2lbs is a world of difference after holding them for nearly 30 minutes doing punches (along with kicks). My shoulders are spent! Yesterday’s workout included shoulders, alongside the other big muscles: Legs, Chest, and Back! That was the routine where you do weighted exercises for 5 minutes, each part… BRUTAL!

The final part of today included a 20 minute core routine called Hard Core Abs… I think I want to curl up into a ball and weep for an hour ^,^ j/k! LOVED IT!
