Day x.3 Something New

So, recently, a friend of mine in Jeddah was kind enough to give me his copies of a workout program I had been interested in trying for some time. Something that is intense, yet quick; crazy, yet to the point! T-25… Wow!

This program is fast, engaging, and will push you to your limits. They do not stop… the whole time… UGH! I had to take a couple breaks for about 20 seconds during the workout, but I pushed through as much as I could. Even doing some of the exercises in a modified form. Regardless, I still felt the effects, tremendously!
