Day x.10

As this week rolls along, I am trying to maintain some routine, which is working! I have managed to complete 3 workouts in four days, which may seem like very little from what I used to do, but it is needed. After taking so many days off (weeks on end), my body cannot recover as quickly as it did two months ago.

Couple that with, I just ordered some supplements, which could take nearly a month to arrive. I ordered some extra items to extend past the usage of things I initially ordered (add on a 10lb. bag of protein and two extra bottle of fish oils, woot!). So, I should be fine for a few months.

Today’s workout went fantastic! Woke up, was feeling the urge… to skip -_- BUT! I made sure I got off my of my ass and hit the T25 Speed 1.0! Brutal!

Please, leave a message, as the more support I get only pushes me to work even harder! We all fall down from time to time. However, what defines us is if we are willing to get back up. Even if everyone else doubts you… Just remember: You are doing this for one person, only. YOURSELF!
