I haven’t done one of these in forever… time to post about it.
I would have to look back over a month before I would see when I had last posted about one of my workouts… Sheesh! I apologize to those of you who would always look forward to those posts. Rest assured, though, that I have not stopped for ANYTHING!
Rather, I have been killing it for weeks, now! Damn… May 10th was my last post and I had just mentioned how I was about to begin the Jim Stoppani: Shortcut to Shred routine.
Let me tell you, this workout is BOSS! I haven’t felt this fantastic after Every. Single. Workout. in a long time! My energy has just skyrocketed and I feel so much better about my health, strength, and well-being! I was just about to begin Week #3, when my schedule to leave Saudi Arabia was pushed forward.
I have returned to the States, as many of you already know, and I decided to restart this routine. I took four out of seven days when I returned to reestablish myself at the local gyms. Since last week, though, I have fired things back up and have just hit the first day of Week #2… Hence, Day #8 ^,^
I hope to share stats with you, tomorrow. I will try to lay things out in order to show the gains I have already made. The progress is amazing and my cardio has done nothing but improve! Even people in the gym have given me numerous compliments. Sometimes, I see some of them laughing when they first see me. After they notice that I do not stop… They shut-up and sometimes I have even noticed them whispering under their breath, “Damn…”
That’s right… Damn, you should be doing this, too! Hit it like it owes you money!!!
