I came at my workout today like a tiger eyeballing its prey! I was crouched and ready to pounce! Unlike a tiger, however, I was not prepared to duck, roll, and run away from what was to come… A Two-a-Day!!!
NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
I had NO clue that the workout called for 5th-day Two-a-Days… Ack! When I logged in to my Beachbody account, I noticed the timer said “55 minutes to go”. This only meant that for T25 workouts, being only 25 minutes long, I would have to do 2 of them… UGH! But, do you really think I let that slow me down???
Um, well… just a little bit ^,^
I shook my head and lamented for my soon-to-be tortured pain threshold. Then, I knuckled up and got in the fight! I hit the first workout, T25 Lower Focus, like a boss! Hitting the moves, rarely modifying, digging deeper to give my body the results I am looking for!
And then… Came the return of T25 Cardio. I took about a 10 minute pause before diving in to part two of this routine. And this is where I hit my wall… A mighty big wall, indeed -_- But, I did not let it slow me down too much. Instead, I kept my body moving, modifying far more often than I would have liked. Regardless, I pushed myself to at least do some of the moves regularly! And because of that… Every single part of me was sweat. Nothing but sweat. Even my boxers looked like I just finished swimming.
Unreal!
