Day #5, #6, #8 and #9

Sheesh! I must be incredibly lazy for not having posted all of these days! Actually, it has nothing to do with laziness ^,^ Rather, I have just been very busy! Busy, but not busy enough to miss a single workout! I have been killing it these past few days and am even beginning to see gains with my strength workouts!

Baby Weight

Days #5 and #8 brought on some killer steel and pain! Rampaged my way through some tough resistance routines while upping the cardio portion (stationary bicycle) on Day #8! Up to 20 minutes, now: 10 in the beginning; 10 post-workout. Also, I increased my final bench press set, yesterday! Nailed 295 twice, had a spotter for two more… That is a good feeling, getting back to where I used to be! I should be seeing multiple reps of 315 in a couple months!

Light Weight Meme

Days #6 and #9 had me sweatin’ and puffin’ and lovin’ life! T25 one day, Les Mills Combat this evening! My body is experiencing the positive side of DOMS and I embrace it with determination and perseverance! Add on to all of this, I have been doing so much better with my eating habits! Don’t get me wrong, it is difficult, but I am trying to refocus and keep that positive mental attitude going… It’s contagious ^,^
