One thing I love about the weekend, almost as much as I love to get a break from working, is the ability to workout when I feel like it! Usually, I have to be up super early, or stay up a bit late to squeeze in my workout, since I am working overtime. I don’t mind the money, but I miss the exercise >.<
Regardless, I killed my workout, as usual, with ferocity a determination that would make Teddy Roosevelt proud ^,^
T25 Upper Focus kept me moving and flexing through the moves to get a strong pump going. I can feel my strength improving each week and I plan on incorporating a hybrid model of Les Mills Combat and T25 (essentially, replace the non-MMA workouts with T25 stuff. I will be looking for a program already created, but I feel confident I can make my own, if need be ^,^
