Day #45 The Night Shift

Well, a bit of procrastination goes a long way… into your sleeping schedule. Oops! So, I didn’t begin my workout until much than I had anticipated. This was due, in-part, to shopping for much needed fruit (pre-workout). There was also the time to digest the food… It put me past midnight when I actually began.

Nope! Not Yet! Gotta get that workout in before I doze off ^,^ Only one major problem: I need to cool down… Erg! Well, I can do that partially with making my daily post and here it is ^,^ I will also score a protein shake and maybe some eggs before I stumble off to bed. T25 Core Cardio served me well this evening and I am looking forward to my next workout, tomorrow night!
