As I have mentioned before, I am incorporating a variety of different workouts I have done in the past for the next overall regimen. In the past few days, I have hit the weight room and I have completed T25. Today was all about the Combat!
Les Mills Combat; brought this beautiful exercise back and I am still loving it! It was only the 30 minute routine, but it was still wonderful to be going through the motions and moves of my real passion: Fighting!
Les Mills Combat 30 is a simple, yet challenging routine where you cover many of the basics, while still challenging your body to endure repetitive motions that may seem a bit unnatural to an untrained individual. For me, it was like returning home ^,^
Please, feel free to leave a comment on my blog, because knowing that you’re watching me take care of myself lets me know it is all worth it!
I need to look into Les Mills, it sounds great and you’ve raved about it the whole time I’ve known you. Now that I’m training martial arts on a regular basis, I need a quick but challenging regime. This might just fit the bill.
I absolutely love the programs! Beachbody does a fantastic job of putting together great routines. I swear by them because by having them I have ZERO excuses as to why I cannot workout. I don’t need a gym membership, many of the programs don’t require weights, and I only need personal motivation. I do harness some of the motivation from my friends, though. It would be good to keep yourself accountable somehow, given you decide to head down this path.
I would recommend, though, if you do order them, please do so through me. I can help you through the decision making process and find what will suit you best. I can give you a link on here, just make sure when you order, you do so through my link. I would be VERY grateful if you do ^,^
