I finished my workout about 6 hours ago, but could not post until now. The reason is, I went out with a friend of mine, and his driver, for food and conversation. It was a good time, as we were able to chat about a slew of topics. I raced to finish my workout, hit the shower, then meet up… time crunching!
Anyways, speaking of crunches, the workout I did this evening was nothing short of Ab-tastic! It was T25 Ab Intervals… Hot damn! This is no joke of a routine! It pushes your body in so many different ways, that now, I am able to do maneuvers that I thought would be previously impossible for my body to accomplish!
The right motivation, along with great teaching techniques and attentive listening equals success! I am doing things now that I would have never believed possible 10 years ago. Just keep pushing, keep trying, and never give up!
