Okay, not really a vacation, but I have been doing 2-days On, 2-days Off. I feel that pushing my body to its limits just before taking a flight overseas may be testing the depths of my body’s tolerance ^,^
So, I opted to bring back an older routine, which in the past, I only completed over the course of 6 weeks. The reason being, it is only used during the Ultimate Warrior workout routine for Les Mills Combat. I did Upper Body Blowout today! I coupled it with Hard Core Abs… and now, I am SPENT!
Have great muscle fatigue already setting in, which should make for a restful evening ^,^ Tomorrow, I am planning on doing Lower Body Lean Out, along with Strength and Stretch. And, after all the things I have had to deal with for the past few days, this workout hit the spot! My attitude is suddenly much better!
