Well, the good news is, I was approved for overtime; the bad news is, I was approved for overtime. Why is this good and bad? Because, it directly impacts my workouts and it has made it an uphill battle to keep on track. I am now teaching two sessions of students each day, 5 days a week. I spend nearly 12-14 hours at the school every day. This leaves little to no time for exercise.
Regardless, I push myself to find those moments! I may have missed Day #31, but I would be damned if I were to miss two in a row! It nearly midnight and I made absolutely sure I hit my workout for the day! It will be a short night, but I am hoping I sleep well, considering all the energy I just spent! T25 Cardio is like my lullaby, putting me at ease and hopefully helping me rest easy.
