Day #3 Steel Therapy

Back at the gym, this evening. Nailed chest, back, bi’s, tri’s, core, and hamstrings! Even a small bit of shoulders…. But, no quads! WHAT??? No QUADS??? What the hell am I thinking???

Full Retard

I am thinking that overworking my legs will not be a good thing ^,^ You see, the cardio-based workouts that I do on my alternate days really focus on my legs; incorporating numerous squats, lunges, etc. If I decided to put that into my weight room routine, it might not be the best, so I am taking things a step at a time.

Baby Steps

Also, for those of you who may wonder why I am doing full body routines… Simple: I am working with full body compound movements. I am not looking to bulk, I am looking to gain raw strength. I am hoping this works out, as I am anticipating some major gains in the very near future. This, of course, follows a major loss in my weightlifting capacity. My bench press dropped over 100lbs.

Gasping

Ugh… Hitting 285 three times is embarrassing, especially when I used to be able to rep out 315 ten times. C’est la vie, I will get back in that range soon enough!
