Day #2 Cardio Shocker!

Today was a return to the T25 workouts, where I stepped it up to Speed 1.0. Now, during the second half of my previous routine, I was doing Speed 2.0 and it was brutal because it never stops, not even once, for 25 minutes. However, for Speed 1.0, the movements are difficult in their own way… and I forgot that!

I was thinking it would have been easier than doing the non-stop 25 minutes, but NOPE! Instead, my calves are killing me and my body was in absolute shock from the rate my body had to move! Each move was intense and utilized a multitude of muscle groups to accomplish. I think the biggest factor for Speed 1.0 is my sheer size, as it is difficult to move this much mass that quickly.

Tomorrow, the return to steel and pain! Every other day I will be doing resistance training, while also hitting cardio (T25 and Les Mills Combat) on the alternate days.
