Day #3 Making an Exception

So, today was supposed to be one of my brutal two-a-day workouts, but because of an important phone call, I will have to put the second half on hold! No worries, tomorrow was supposed to be a rest day, which I can now use to complete that workout!

It was a tough workout, though, at the gym, because it was the second day this week I did squats. Man, this is not easy and it is pushing me, but I do know that doing squats is simply put one of the best ways to build strength and put on muscle. So… I will keep at it!

Rocky Arm

My diet has been going very well, which makes me happy. I will focus on keeping that up, as it does present its own challenges. Lots of raw veggies and good proteins!
