Leg Day Macho Man

I did not know, until I came home from the gym, that today was Lower Body Focus for T25… Oh crap! But, did this make me even skip a beat? Hell no! I knuckled up and hit my second half about an hour later! Was it easy, not a chance! Did I complete it? Abso-friggin-lutely!
