Day #16 The Night Shift

Well, with my daily schedule completely out of whack, due to classes being out of session, I feel the liberty to workout whenever it hits me. This has equated to 2:30 or 3:30am each day this week (Sunday and Monday). I have no clue what this is all about, but hey… It works for me ^,^

Borat Approves

I am not sure if it makes much difference when I get these workouts in, so long as I get them in each day I am scheduled to. Mind you, last week was for a good cause, that I skipped and shifted my routine by one day. Nonetheless, this week has been right on schedule ^,^

With the return of my favorite routine, T25 Speed 1.0, I am still dripping from all the sweat! Gonna relax, take a shower, then hit the sack… What a good evening ^,^
