The reason for this week’s post is to update my statistics! I am happy to say that I am moving along, nicely. I have seen progress in my appearance and on the scale. I know that when I moved to Arizona I was around 340lbs. Right now, I float between 331 and 329! Huge improvement in only 2 weeks ^,^
As for my measurements, here are the updated stats:
Neck – 18.0 (18.5)
L. Arm – 16.5 (16.5)
R. Arm – 16.5 (16.5)
Chest – 54.0 (55.0)
Waist – 51.5 (52.5)
Hips – 49.5 (50.0)
L. Thigh – 30.0 (30.0)
R. Thigh – 29.5 (29.5)
L. Calf – 18.25 (18.5)
R. Calf – 19.25 (19.5)
Denotes a change of: -3.5 inches
