Well, today is officially the final day before I begin a T25 regimen for the next 8 weeks. It should be a tough, challenging road in front of me. Nonetheless, the results should speak for themselves. I am expecting my supplements to arrive in maybe 2 or 3 weeks; depending on customs. Once they arrive, then things should really get moving.
Until that time, I will be focusing on minimizing my rice and bread intake. Although, I am not ready to completely be rid of either. That is still a very difficult hurdle to over come. I LOVE bread and rice… But, they do not help me achieve my fitness goals. Instead, my focus will be fresh foods, fish, and chicken. Many veggies in the raw or slightly steamed ^,^
