The program that I have been running for the past 7 weeks is called T25, meaning: 25 minutes of sheer cardio, strength, and endurance! There is nothing about this workout that is slouching, forgiving, or easy. This workout will test your will and tenacity! It will push you to your limits until you cave in. Then, when you realize that you just gave up, you pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and you get right back into it!
I have found myself giving in too many times in the past. I noticed I was not pushing nearly as hard as I actually could! I saw that if I actually gave what I was worth, then I would start to get what I am worth! I love remembering how fast I actually I am! To see my body move this way brings back great memories! What makes it even better, it shows that I still got it ^,^
T25 Core Cardio brought me to my threshold and helped me reach beyond it! I feel like a million dollars… A million dollars that was stuck in a washing machine, because someone took “money laundering” a little too literally ^,^ Anyways, I feel great and for those of you who are hitting your workouts, or who will be hitting your workouts shortly… My best goes out to you!
