So, some of you who watch these posts regularly may have noticed that I did not post the second day of my two Two Two-a-Day workout from this weekend. If you didn’t notice, well then… :p
Anyways, I did NOT miss my workout for the second half of the Two Two-a-Day workout! As a matter of fact, I nailed it! Or, should I say, it nailed me! Holy crap-oly, was I totally spent! I hope I never do Four Workouts in Two Days ever again! At least, not the T25 ones. Man, I felt as if though I used every drop of energy I had to make it to the bitter end of that cycle!
As for today, it was back on track, even though I skipped yesterday. I think it was in my best interest to do so, as my body was in need of some epic recovery. I felt wonderful for today’s routine, but it was brutal, nonetheless. It was T25 Dynamic Core, and Shaun T does a fantastic job of hitting every single bit of your mid section: the abs, the obliques, the lower lumbar, the glutes, the hip flexors, the abductors and adductors… Everything!
