I am just spent! I cannot even put into words what I just went through, but I will try. It felt like I was trying to keep pace with a hyperactive child who was given a reaction ball and a case of Red Bull.

T25 Speed 2.0 just wrecked my entire body from head to toe! I feel like a blender just chewed me up and spit me out… Awesome! This workout forced me to move faster than I like to. I will admit, I do become lazy on certain moves and do not move at my full potential. It didn’t matter today, though, as I found the incentive and will to make myself move the way I needed to! I killed this workout, while killing my muscles and getting a GREAT burn going throughout my entire body!
