Okay, not really a walk in the park, but still, an awesome workout was had and I was pushing myself from beginning to end! I did notice a drop on my energy levels, though. I am not too happy about that and attribute it to working more. This invariably means I need more calories!!!
But, what kind of calories? Do I really want to minimize my food intake, yet keep the caloric value super high? HELL NO! I will not resort to junk foods that will only put on helpless calories. I want the real deal! I want fruits, vegetables, meats, and FISHES!!!
