That was the name of today’s workout… and it means it! It was all about moving quickly, and Shaun T does a fantastic job teaching you how to move faster during this routine! The key is a tight core… Once I would flex my mid section, I could feel myself moving faster in each exercise!
Also, it incorporated my all time favorite… Burpees!
Okay, not a favorite in the slightest, but definitely a highly sought after exercise to include in any great routine! Burpees are fantastic to get the entire body working in harmony. Or, in some cases, like a 3rd grade orchestra ^,^ I like to think of my Burpees more akin to a high school musical with bad singers ^,^
