Day #12 The Warp Zone

Why would I call this a Warp Zone? Because, I am picturing Super Mario brothers where, Mario finds a secret place in order to bypass an area, or to skip a section. I guess this would relate more to skipping a section, but still doing it anyways. Weird, I know…

Skipping

But, what I am referring to is that I skipped my workout yesterday in order to spend some time with a friend who was leaving town. It was one of those scenarios where I had more than enough time to make-up for what I missed out on. So, today was just that! Making up for my missed workout, which should have been Day #11, but that became a day off ^,^

Bueller

It was a return to T25 Cardio and it was blasting my muscles from head to toe! A lot of jumping and lunging, couple with jumping jacks and high knees. This workout definitely gets the blood flowing and the oxygen moving!

  1. Well it’s good that you keep track of your workouts and that you know you have to make up for skipping a day.
    It is even better that you have a friend who means alot to you that you skipped a workout for him.
