Day #10 brought back the Speed!

Speed 1.0 was on the docket and the price… SWEAT! And lots of it!

Firggin’ pouring afterwards from this workout, but it is showing signs of improving my fitness, hands-down! I love this routine as it is quick and easy. I am able to get my exercise in such a short period of time and can get more done with my day ^,^

I am not, however, looking forward to Thursday… Two-a-day… UGH!
